Ikhide is a certified project manager and operations reliability professional with over 8 years of project and operations management experience in the power sector. He has led and participated in multiple projects including energy demand studies, technical and commercial loss reduction, power distribution network design, power assets construction, asset reliability improvement, operations digitization and technical workforce development in the energy sector in Nigeria.
He possesses a solid understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing the construction and metering of power assets in the Nigeria Electricity Supply Industry and has deployed this knowledge extensively in managing projects and operations in the power distribution sub-sector. He has also routinely served as a technical adviser, providing support and advisory services in project development, capital project analyses, technical strategy development, process optimization and analyses of technical data.
Ikhide has provided support in the development of regulatory reports on behalf of power utilities and has experience in conducting operational due diligence and end-to end risk analyses of energy projects (both on-grid and off-grid) from diverse perspectives including technical design, operational reliability, and commercial viability.
