Adebayo is a highly detail-oriented Engineer with over six (6) years of experience in power generation and distribution, project management, energy management and analysis, and energy sales. He comes with a proven track record in project execution, network reliability, stakeholder engagement and management, operations management, and energy audits.
Prior to joining EMRC, Adebayo drove a high-performing team via hands-on training, guidance and mentoring at Ikeja Electric. He Identified under-served communities and planned their grid connection. He monitored and evaluated energy distribution between the grid and customer to ensure energy loss reduction. Successfully managed a 10 MW power distribution network and supervised installation and commissioning of about 15 distribution substations.
He has Masters Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Lagos and a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Akure.
