EMRC was engaged for the consulting assignment on NNPC Maiduguri Emergency Power Project – Sub-Contract for Load Demand Study and Market Analysis. The project deliverables include a Load demand study and Commercial viability analysis. A structural statistical model was used to determine the unsuppressed demand for the feeders. Three alternative bases for commercial operations of the plant were identified along with the potential risks involved.
